Install : Just put Gdow  in a folder and run it !

Uninstall : open the settings pannel and click on the "Clear Settings" button to remove settings from the registry ; move Gdow's folder to trash.

On first run, default settings are stored in the regstry and you're notified to enter your username and password of your Gmail account.

All options are self explanatory, but some of them are completed with a popup hint.

To close the settings pannel, click "OK", to open it, right click on Gdow's system tray icon, and choose "settings" in the menu. 

Features:

the system tray icon is expressive : 
- 1-10 = number of unread messages on your gmail account
- 10+ = more than 10 unread messages
- C = checking
- E = error, connexion error (internet or username or password error) or unusable datas error (for example if gmail atom feed informations are unavailable)

the transparentent animated form is highly configurable : 
- background color
- font (color,size,type, etc..)
- width
- maximum height (the pannel will autoadjust its height, if max height is reached the notify message will autoscroll)
- transparency

3 ways to open the Gmail inbox  :
- Gdow's system tray icon menu
- double click on this icon
- right click on the animated form

Notes :
- the popup balloon (a Windows XP feature) is limitied to the first 255 characters of the notification
- 2 .dll files (necessary for secure connection with Google's server) are created (if absent) on runtime in Gdow's folder.
